Right of withdrawal & cancellation
If you're a consumer shopping from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you've named) receives the goods. If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise your right
Before the withdrawal period expires, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw — by email to info@dublin-stylehouse.com or by post to Dublin Stylehouse, 13 Walkinstown Grn, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, D12 KH98, Ireland. You can use the model form below, but it isn't obligatory; a clear statement is enough.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we'll reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back, or you've supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw, and you'll bear the direct cost of returning them. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you've expressly agreed otherwise.
