Returns & refunds
You have up to 30 days from receiving your order to return it — whether an item has a fault or you've simply changed your mind.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@dublin-stylehouse.com before sending anything back, with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm the return and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item carefully, ideally in its original packaging, to avoid damage in transit.
- Send it to: Dublin Stylehouse, 13 Walkinstown Grn, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, D12 KH98, Ireland.
- Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Condition for returns
Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original or equivalent packaging where possible.
Return postage costs
Return postage is your responsibility — we don't provide a prepaid returns label, and no additional restocking fees apply. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of returning it.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
In addition to our 30-day window, you have a statutory right as an EU consumer to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Exchanges
Yes — if you'd like a different size or colour, email us at info@dublin-stylehouse.com with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll take care of it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
