If something isn't right, you can return it to Dublin Stylehouse within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the item price.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Shopping within the EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Our 30-day window is offered in addition to — and does not limit — this statutory right.
How to return
- Email info@dublin-stylehouse.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right — in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
